Young hands weaving faith, hope and love.

Anthony is a 12 year old living in Seaford, NY. His life was first touched by breast cancer when he was 7 years old. His mother’s sister was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 51. She underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Today Anthony feels very lucky to have his aunt in his life.

To help raise awareness for breast cancer, Anthony created over 150 braided "Threads of Hope." These beautiful pink, gray and white hand braided creations can be used as a bracelet or bookmark. Anthony graciously donated the bracelets to The Steppin' Fors to help with our fundraising efforts.
